- Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI's are exceeded
- Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards
- Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.
- Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock looses/damages)
- Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning
- Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Grade 12
- Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience
- SAP&EWM Experience will be an advantage
- Investigative Orientation
- Problem solving, Customer service orientation, Good communication skills
- Be able to work independently ,Ability to follow instructions 100%
- Valid Driver's License
- Competencies, Teamwork, Attention to details, Numeric accuracy
- Computer literacy
- Relevant Troubleshooting capability, Analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of parts
