warehous assistant
The Warehouse Assistant is part of the Jhb Warehouse team. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse is to manage all movements of stock in and out in the Warehouse including picking orders for customers for dispatch, arranging deliveries/collections, picking/receiving stock transfers, receiving goods from suppliers, performing daily stock counts, investigating variances & non-conformances and ensuring the system records accurately match the physical stock.
DUTIES
Order Processing (Picking, Checking, Packing, Dispatching)
• Responsible For All Movements In And Out Of The Warehouse Including Receiving Goods, Picking Orders/Transfers, Samples, Damaged Goods And Demo Stock.
• Picking Order’s/Transfer’s From Picking List, Comparing Picking List Against Customer Purchase Order’s, Checking Picked Goods Invoices.
• Ensure That Couriers Apply Correct Shipping Labels To All Order’s And Takes All The Stock To Be Shipped.
