Main activities

To declare all export documentation to operations

Update Flow

Manage load lists, receipts in accordance with companies rules and regulations

Stock counts

Monthly Reports

Customs rules and rgulations related to warehousing.

Knowledge of Plant and Quality rules and regulations related to shipping

Ensure all administrative procedures and systems are adhered to

Monitoring of deliveries to plan, and implement corrective action

Master data maintenance of information systems

Systems

Flow, Axis, Salesforce, MSOffice

May be required to undertake additional duties as the need of the business dictates.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

5 - 7 years + sales, pricing, procurement management experience

Solid knowledge of applicable corporate governance policies, budgeting, financial drive, processes and procedures

Tertiary Level Qualification in related discipline or Senior Management and Leadership Qualification

Freight Forwarding & Customs Compliance

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the business and warehouse

Capable of operating in a pressurised cross-functional and demanding environment

Team player, with above average problem solving ability

Dynamic self-starter with high energy levels

Ability to engage with people across all levels of the organisation

Support team goals and world class warehousing principles

Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, FCL/LCL and Incoterms

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both

Leadership in management

Financial and business acumen
