Warehouse Operations:
- Assist to receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of SLA kits, including contents, locations, and usage history.
- Ensure SLA kits are prepared, stocked, and dispatched according to predefined service standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams or field service units to ensure SLA kits meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of SLA kits to verify completeness, expiry dates, and readiness.
- Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update inventory systems with accurate data.
- Assist in cycle counts and annual stock takes.
- Assist to coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries and collections.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and logistics data.
- Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill stock requests.
- Respond to queries related to inventory and deliveries.
- Support urgent or special logistics requests.
- Matric or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification preferred.
- 2+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- forklift license will be an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Microsoft office.
