This role is a critical operational buffer between the warehouse floor and the Warehouse & Procurement Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that daily execution, staff management, inventory movement and operational discipline are handled effectively, enabling the Warehouse & Procurement Manager to focus on strategic procurement, supplier management and long-term operational planning.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who is excellent with people, structured in their approach and experienced in running warehouse operations in a fast-moving, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stock flow
- Manage fast-moving inventory between Head Office and regional operations, ensuring accuracy and availability
- Allocate daily tasks and priorities to the warehouse team to meet operational demands
- Oversee inventory control, including stock movements, cycle counts, reconciliations and variance resolution
- Ensure a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment at all times
- Directly manage and lead a multi-skilled warehouse team, including attendance, task allocation and performance oversight
- Train, coach and develop team members to improve efficiency, accountability, and flexibility
- Act as the first point of escalation for warehouse staff and operational issues
- Support operational procurement activities, including purchase requests, supplier follow-ups and documentation accuracy
- Ensure accurate use of warehouse software and maintain data integrity
- Provide regular operational feedback and reporting to the Warehouse & Procurement Manager
- Support audits, compliance requirements and adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide hands-on operational support as required and assist with ad hoc operational projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business or a related field
- 3 - 5 years' experience in overseeing warehouse operations, inventory or logistics
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or people-management role
- Proven experience managing warehouse staff directly
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech, electronics or distribution environment is advantageous
- Strong hands-on experience in day-to-day warehouse operations
- Solid understanding of inventory control, stock movement and accuracy
- Proven people management and supervisory capability
- Ability to lead, train and manage a multi-skilled warehouse team
- Experience working with warehouse software or stock management systems
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail with a disciplined, process-driven approach
- Practical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- High levels of ownership, accountability and reliability
