Responsibilities:
- Design responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns with a focus on UX and visual appeal
- Create marketing and print materials in collaboration with Marketing and product (brochures, one-pagers, event collateral)
- Maintain brand consistency across all design/web work
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Translate brand identity and campaign goals into beautiful, functional digital design
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets
- Continuously optimize existing pages for performance and usability
- Stay up-to-date on UI/UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
- Conduct A/B tests and use data to guide design decisions
- 3+ years of experience in web design, visual design, or digital design (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or agency space)
- Strong WordPress skills including content updates, theme customization, and maintenance - MUST
- Proven experience designing for both web and print, including digital campaigns and branding projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, digital creative, and conversion-focused assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
- Great eye for layout, typography, branding, and user experience
- Experience designing for paid media, social, and landing pages with a focus on performance
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of creative strategy and optimization
