Key areas of responsibility:
- Session Management: Set up, operate, and monitor all wellbeing technologies (training provided)
- Client Interaction: Welcome clients, explain treatments clearly, and ensure they feel supported throughout
- Service Excellence: Anticipate client needs and go the extra mile to create a smooth, elevated experience
- Shift Readiness: Keep rooms and equipment clean, reset between sessions, and help maintain a calm, ordered space
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the reception and practitioner teams to ensure each clients visit is seamless
Were looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, calm, and confident working with clients all day
- Passionate about health, wellness, and longevity (formal training not required, curiosity is)
- Comfortable standing, walking, and being on their feet throughout a shift
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and great with time management
- Open to learning new technologies and following safe operating protocols
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or fitness environment is a plus

- Salary: R15, 000 - R20, 000/month depending on experience
- Hours: 5 to 6 shifts/week (mix of weekdays and Saturdays), full-day shifts
- 20 days paid annual leave + South African public holidays
