Workforce Experience Partner

As a Workforce Experience Partner, you will lead and roll out the engagement agenda for selected SBUs thru building highly engaged teams. You will also collaborate with the Global Workforce Experience team on developing long-term roadmaps and implementing strategies in culture and engagement focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and standardize the tools for the labor management of each site.
• Developing and implementing programs and tools that will elevate the workforce experience across the enterprise and positively impact employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Use industry expertise to stay in-tune to the market, customer, and competition and take that data to develop business plan and find opportunities for PPG to lead in space.
• Developing and facilitating capability building sessions with HR Business Partners and Leaders (Business Units, Functions and Regions) to help them create engaging teams.
• Capture takeaways and feedback and replicate at scale across PPG while collaborating with business leaders to evaluate data and propose solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the People Insights team to develop a deep understanding of talent data and insights, advising workforce experience, employee engagement strategies, and talent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Employee Engagement and Workforce Experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong program and change management experience.
• Ability to lead complexity and understand detailed implications and interdependencies.
• Shown understanding of reporting tools and driving critical metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to present to large groups and executive leadership.
• Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills proficiency.
