The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging content that supports Zutari's business objectives and strengthens our brand identity. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the marketing and communications team by creating and editing a variety of digital and print materials.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Create and edit a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and internal communications.
- Brand Guardian: Ensure all design work aligns with the Zutari brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and business development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
- Content Support: Assist with the design and layout of thought leadership content, such as opinion pieces and case studies.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Staying Updated on Design Trends and Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Attention to detail: Meticulousness in design execution to avoid errors and inconsistencies. Ability to understand and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Certifications in design software
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other applicable design software.
- Ms Office Proficiency: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with management and employees at all levels.
- Understanding of Print and Digital Design Requirements
- Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
- Knowledge of design requirements for various digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
