VACANCY – Cost Accountant
Worcester ±15km, Western Cape
Salary: ±R30 000-R40 000
A production farm specializing in the cultivation, packing, and export of table grapes and  citrus, is seeking a Cost Accountant to join our Financial Department.
 Requirements:
•  2–3 years’ experience in cost accounting or similar role (agriculture production experience  advantageous)
•  BCom Degree or Finance Qualification (SAICA / SAIPA articles advantageous)
•  High level of accuracy in all work matters
•  Fluent in English and Afrikaans
•  Own reliable transport
•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems & BOM
•  Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
•  Strong multitasking and time management skills
 Duties & Responsibilities:
•  Accurate costing for farming and packing operations
•  Cost analysis and reporting
•  Monitor inventory variances, inefficiencies, and wastage
•  Product costing, inventory reporting & maintenance
•  Inventory management
•  Collaborate with production & finance teams on cost control measures
•  Support budgeting & financial planning
•  Daily/weekly productivity reporting
•  Assist with system roll-outs and implementation
•  Provide general support to the Financial Manager
