Hydraulic oil levels, Trip wire functioning, Engine coolant level, Isolator switch and lockout etc) Recording hours and kilometres of all the machines OR TMMS in the mine on “excel service schedule” so that we can be on track of machines that are due for service (E.g. 250 hours, 500 hours, 750 hours, 1000 hours or 2000 hours) Creating job cards for breakdowns With the help of the Maintenance planner, contacting suppliers and ordering service kits for TMMS on the mine. Scheduling PTO’s (Planned Task Observation) with the Maintenance planner for TMMS and LDV’s operators and creating inspection job cards for supervisors and engineers on weekly, monthly and on third monthly basis.
