We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Client Success Manager for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and coordinating campaigns across various channels.

What youll be doing:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Provide timely reports to clients on project progress and results.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager or related field.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively.
- Proficiency in CRMs, project management, and industry-standard tools and software.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Remote Status: Fully Remote
