Requirements
Electronic Banking
. Manages Enterprise User Access including granting access and
assisting through the registration process
. Supervises Internet Banking User Access
. Assists clients through the registration process
. Provides assistance to Enterprise users as well as Internet Banking
Users with password management and resetting of passwords
. Ensures that Enterprise Users follow the correct procedures when
navigating through the Enterprise menu
. Provides technical and Front-End support to all user types
. Assists in the testing of enhancements on the current system such as
User Acceptance Testing
. Assists in the management of amendments and enhancements on
Enterprise
Financial and Non-Financial Performance
. Develops strategic input in terms of direction, growth and value
added aspects associated with the electronic banking products
. Extracts and analyses financials in keeping within the budgets
negotiated
. Studies the feasibility of the products in line with the budgets
allocated and makes recommendations accordingly
. Identifies avenues to minimize the Bank's risk with regards to
Electronic Banking products and similarly to ensure that clients are
confident from a security point of view when accessing and using the
electronic banking products
. Keeps abreast of competitor information and products
. Looks at avenues to promote and sell the electronic products
. Identifies avenues to enhance current system
QUALIFICATIONS
