Vision marketing Is a sales and marketing leading company based in Randburg. We are looking to expand and now have openings for trainee business assistants.
We are looking for young, ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are excited to undertake full training in marketing and sales.
We don't pre-judge on education or experience, however, those who excel are self-motivated, forward-thinking, amazing with people, and excited by development.
Requirements:
Matric essential
Must reside in the Randburg area
Must have reliable transport
Must be between the ages of 18-26
Trainee Business Assistant Role
Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, mastering the basics of sales, event management and customer service. You will then take on more responsibility, motivating and managing a small team with training aspects, and ensuring all sales targets are met and that our client is happy with the outstanding customer services we are known for.
About you
You will need to be competitive, willing to get stuck into whatever projects come your way, resourceful and self-motivated. You will also need to be okay with starting out in entry-level sales, and earning your development opportunities based on individual merit. This would best suit someone looking for a chance to prove themselves in new ways, and who is open to new challenges.
