What do we require?
- Minimum 3 years Outbound Call Centre experience, preferably in the area of appointment setting;
- High energy, goal driven individuals with strong communication skills;
- Ability to handle objectives effectively;
- Fully bilingual in "professional" English & Afrikaans;
- Ability to source qualified leads where required. Qualified databases are provided from time to time;
- Individuals motivated by targets and incentive driven remuneration structures;
- High levels of pro-activeness & initiative;
- Ability to sell a "value adding service" - not a product;
- Strong organizational abilities with extreme attention to detail.
What will your role be?
- The successful incumbent will be part of a Centralized Call Centre, responsible for scheduling New Business Appointments for Financial Planners in a National Financial Services Practice;
- Although the position is based in Cape Town (Melkbosstrand right by MiCity Terminal), the centralized Call Centre is responsible for setting appointments for Financial Planners in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Durban & the Garden Route;
- Office hours from 08:00 - 16:30 four days a week with crunch time shift hours one day a week from 10:00 - 18:30.
