Introduction
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll be expected to handle calls professionally, log interactions accurately, and work as part of a team to meet service targets.
Duties & Responsibilities

Handling complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely manner

Capturing customer information and call outcomes on internal systems

Meeting performance targets, including call quality and turnaround time
Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric or Grade 11

Minimum 3 months of customer service experience

Excellent communication and listening skills
