- Relevant Bachelors and/or Post-graduate degree
- Integrating change activities to business strategy
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Change methodologies, principles and approaches
- Project management methodologies and approaches
- Agile methodologies
- Knowledge or organisational models and strategy
- Knowledge of systems thinking / theory
- Accreditation
- Stakeholder analysis, engagement plan and management.
- Change impact assessment, mitigation tactics and management.
- Develop and execute a change management plan.
- Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.
