Throughout my 20 years of customer service experience as a Buyer, Product Support , Sales and customer support. I have developed a comprehensive understanding of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. My expertise lies in troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing product malfunctions, and providing clear and concise explanations to customers facing difficulties. In the fabric trade I have experienced similar technicalities with regards to types of scissors, pins, needles, thread and fabric for various applications. I had no idea that a fabric trade could be this technical.
