What job i'm looking for? My positive points
Good day,
I am in search of jobs within the Finance, accounting sectors(credit control)
I have been doing credit control for over 29 years within a few good industries where I have gained much knowledge and experience.
Prioritising my tasks daily and prepare a to-do list is my main tools when working through my age analysis.
I have excelled over the years doing credit control and managing huge book values for mainly collections.
Regular follow ups done with clients about their respective accounts, whether current or overdue.
Ensured accurate financial records and reconciliations are sent to clients and internally.
Attention to detail with minimal errors and provide accurate reconciliations.
Addressed and resolved customer inquiries efficiently.
Worked well with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Contact clients via email and telephone.
Collaborate and work well within a team.
Reach out to accounts managers to assist with updated client information on salesforce if not updated my side as yet to contact client/s.
Escalations done to line manager and finance director for bad debt clients after completing the credit control process and all resources utilized.
Refund and write off packs prepared for approval and authorization once a month if any to prepare.
