Senior Business Development Executive

Senior Business Development - Automotive
This position is solution sales focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive national sales of advanced tech solutions (IoT, RFID, GPS, mobile/web apps).
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across the automotive supply chain.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based selling to meet client needs and exceed targets.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, conduct presentations, and manage multiple sales projects.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with market demands.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, generating leads and market insights.
Non negotiables
  • 5+ years in B2B sales
  • 5+ years in the automotive supply chain.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital and logistics technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results.
Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead national sales efforts, securing new clients and expanding market share.
- Promote advanced technology solutions and returnable packaging systems.
- Engage in consultative selling, crafting tailored solutions for complex client needs.

Non-negotiables:
- 5+ years in B2B sales
- 5 years' experience within the OEM or Commercial Automotive supply chain industry.
- Proven success in solution selling and strategic business development.
- Strong understanding of technologies like RFID, IoT, mobile/web apps, and factory systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
