⮚ Support the Ideal Clinic Realization and Maintenance Program and Quality Interventions in the facility ⮚ Diagnosing and clinically manage HIV and TB infected adults and children and ensure the initiation of TPT and CPT to the eligible patients ⮚ Doing weekly report ⮚ Championing unsuppressed viral load ⮚ Implement appointment system and Differential Care models of decanting programme( CCMDD) ⮚ Record keeping ⮚ Strategies of retaining patients ⮚ Dishing for patient to exclude malnutrition ⮚ Attending meetings and give feedback and also conduct In-service trainings and workshops ⮚ Encourage and offer Provider initiated testing and counselling (PICT) ⮚ Assessment And screening for TB ⮚ Taking necessary bloods ⮚ Initiation and prescribing of TB Treatment and Haart ⮚ Switching patients who fail regimen 1 after Step-up Adherence intervention to Second regimen independently. ⮚ Ensure that Antiretroviral drugs are available all the time ⮚ Administering of schedule drugs ⮚ Counting the drugs ⮚ Returning expiring drugs to pharmacy ⮚ Excellent knowledge of working in HIV and AIDS, STI, and TB related programmes. ⮚ Excellent and understanding of TIER.NET and Web DIHS reporting system.

I can do general jobs like admin typing, advertising, cleaning workplace and tools(like in mines and almost all general works there) as I like order and cleanliness or hygiene, pick-packing, on healthcare facilities I can perform tasks like cleaning, work as a porter for patients, also can work in bars as bartender, in resturants as a waiter as I am person-orientated, very good in communication both verbally and writing with English, Xhosa, Zulu which can help me be a cashier also in retailers all over South Africa and I am willing to relocate.
