As a Customer Sales & Services Representative you will service passengers abroad and will be responsible for their airline reservations and associated duties (Ticketing, E-mails).
Per month: R 10 833, 33 – Per month (less Pay as You Earn -PAYE)
Per Annum: R130K Cost to Company
Company operating hours: 24/7 365 – 7 days a week – Travel & Tourism
Company operating days: Monday – Sunday
Company environment: Corporate
Telephonically language assessment/s conducted through client
The experiene we're seeking:
Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, pronunciation and proper use of grammar
PC skills / Computer literacy
Strong typing and Internet navigation skills required
Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar
Strong active listening skills
Multitask, must be able to use different screens while on the phone
Computer knowledge (E-mail, Word, and Windows)
Workig days / Hours :
40 hours per week
Days: Between Monday to Sunday - Hours: Between Mon-Fri (07h00 AM to 8h30 PM)

My client assists with flights to South Africa and will provide accommodation for a period of up to 1 month*.
In addition, my client provides assistance in obtaining a work permit and covers all associated costs*
