Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga: ADMITTED PRACTISING ATTORNEY / PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Afrikaans speaking male or female (preferably male)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (First & Second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed
-Minimum 3 years post admission/post articles experience in Labour Law and Criminal Law
-Excellent drafting skills
-Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Well presented and professional
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Labour Law and Criminal Law matters
-Drafting of legal documents in Afrikaans and English
-Client consultation and Court representation
-Court appearances
-General Attorney duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience (Market related)
