I completed my BSc(Hons) in Information Engineering at Wits University. With a degree focused on a strong foundation in software development and data information management I am excited to bring my skills and knowledge into the exciting field of software engineering. During my final year capstone project, I had the opportunity to develop an innovative mobile application that utilized artificial intelligence to scan pool water test strips with remarkable accuracy. This experience not only allowed me to gain valuable insights into the fields of machine learning, computer vision, and mobile application development but it inspired me to aim towards making my mark in the world through technological innovation. With a strong foundation in complex problem solving and advanced mathematics at the core of the Wits engineering program, I am confident in my ability to tackle and find solutions for any challenges that I may face. My experience working in agile development frameworks through GitHub has honed my collaboration skills and has showed me that I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environments. I have developed a dedication to continuous learning and iterative development, and I am committed to delivering high-quality work. As a driven and ambitious software engineer, with a passion for innovation, creativity, and excellence along with a record of academic and extracurricular success, I am confident that I have the skills and drive to be a valuable addition to any organization in the field of information engineering.
