I am looking for a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprentice job for Retailer Name. My positive point is that I want to work in a busy BMW/MINI workshop environment, where I will be responsible for maintaining and repairing motor vehicles to the high standards of the BMW/MINI brand. I have a keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles and the industry as a whole and I am a very honest and trustworthy guy with a willingness to learn and improve every day. I believe that I have a positive attitude and work ethic, with a high level of professionalism. I can work effectively as part of a team in a busy workshop environment, as well as have the capability to follow instructions and work individually.

The skills that I possess, in addition to the skills obtained in my relevant course, are; a basic knowledge on the PLC and its role in industrial automation, including how to incorporate it in an electrical circuit and how to read and understand a PLC circuit; a basic knowledge in Industrial Electrical that includes how to read and understand detailed electrical circuits, how to use Electrical measuring equipment and connecting together circuits using industrial components and testing of 3 phase and single phase motors using a multi-meter; a basic understanding on how to read detailed pneumatics drawings and their schematic symbols; a basic knowledge of electronic devices that includes calibrating using standardize calibration kits, and troubleshooting and repairing using the required electrical components and equipment; and last, but not least, a basic understanding and experience in the designing and wiring of a building, which includes the budgeting of the projected costs of wiring and the ability to meet the customer’s requested design. If I would be given the opportunity to be part of the team, not only will I put my heart and soul to the progression and success of the team, I will also be diligent and humble so as to be able to learn as much as I can and contribute towards the skills of the team and future of the company.

I am a college student doing Engineering, Civil. I'm currently doing N4, I will complete my N6 at the end of June this year, 2024. I'm looking for any engineering or construction jobs in Port Elizabeth or Queenstown. I like to build and I like civil engineering because everything I learn surrounds me. I will need to do practicals through internship or in-service to obtain my national diploma in Civil Engineering. Please give me a chance.
