Experienced External Sales Executive for COMMERCIAL PRINTING COMPANY- Responsibilities: Build, grow & maintain profitable Client base through contact with Clients - Gather/assist info on market trends + the competition - Source for new business/accounts on a daily basis - Handle enquiries + grievances professionally & within the time limitations - Complete & ensure that correct info & detail is obtained for an enquiry or job to assist Estimating - Keep daily record of all client activity by recording this in Ms Outlook Calendar - Obtain completed Credit Application Forms from client/prospect - Brief CSR’s on regular quote requests/alternatively input RFQ into the system once received from Client - Follow up on quote in order to obtain feedback - Give a comprehensive hand over of all relevant info upon receipt of order for job to be processed - always keep CSR informed with regards to incoming origination - Deliver/collect proofs where reasonably possible - Deliver Advance copies wherever possible - Check on client’s credit limits & ensure they are updated well in advance prior to an incoming job - Assist finance with the collection of outstanding monies due - Compile & produce monthly sales reports & submit on due date - Competencies required: Competitive / Self-starter or Go-getter / Imaginative / Excellent Communication skills / Influential & Direct / Persuasive & self-confident / Attention to detail / Proactive / Customer focused / Independence / Sense of urgency to be able to meet deadlines / Takes accountability / Honesty & integrity and High work ethic / Target driven to achieve / Good People Skills to be able to build positive partnerships and relationships / Professional / Good business acumen / Knowledgeable / Enthusiasm / Entrepreneurial thinker - Rneg neg + Comm + Cell/car allowance
