We are a franchise for one of the top insurance companies in the country and we are expanding. Our retail mass market/ emerging consumer market department is expanding and we need financial representatives/advisors.
Job requirements:
- Available as soon as possible.
- Hardworking, dedicated individuals that can service our clients.
- No cold calling or door to door sales.
- Sales experience. (at least 1 year ) – preferably in insurance.
- Insurance experience in the RMM/ECM space will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of savings, investment, Risk benefits and the importance of this will be an advantage.
- Regulatory Exam is required if you are more than 2 years in the financial industry
- License code 8.
- Own reliable car.
- Talkative, friendly, confident, professional, go getter character.
What we offer:
- We have dedicated work sites for our reps/advisor to service.
- You will be based at various companies in and outside Cape Town (Paarl, Wellington etc.)
- We run various workshops on savings/ investments/risk planning etc, within the company on a month to month basis and interested parties will come forth and would need to be serviced by you.
- You will report directly to an Affluent Financial Advisors that will be stationed at these worksites with you.
- You will have no set hours, however you need to attend worksites on a regular basis as we will have an SLA to service employees once /twice a week etc. depending on the work flow.
