Front Office Administrator

We are seeking a professional and outgoing Office Assistant with experience in sporting administration to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric and or relevant admin qualification
  • Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • Administrative experience in the sporting arena advantages
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsolf Office, Google Docs)
  • Mature and outgoing personality
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Database management – preference will be given to candidates who have a sporting admin background
  • Party coordination
  • Following up on debtors payments
  • Data capturing  and typing  company correspondence
  • Stock control
  • Keep track of administrative deadlines
  • Petty Cash
  • Marketing - social media marketing (FB & Twitter) experience (in the sporting field)

Minimum Requirements:

  • -Matric
  • -Reliable transport to and from work
  • -Stable employment track record
  • -Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
  • -Sporting admin experience
  • -3 Years working experience
