Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Finance Specialisation)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions (Finance Modules) to meet client needs
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Modules
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, BCom, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance and operations processes
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification is preferred

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

Other requirements:

• Experience with Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
