Qualifications / Requirements:
- Heavy engineering company believe a Candidate who understands the automotive / heavy engineering industry would best suit this fast paced environment
- Relevant Degree / Diploma
- Proven HR management experience, within heavy engineering or automotive sector
- Strong IR skills
- Hands on HR/IR approach
- Strong understanding of production and general operations
- Understanding and experience with company restructuring processes and legalities
- Candidate needs to have exceptional communication and negotiating skills and be a strong leader
Key Performance Areas:
- Handling of all IR issues for SA
- Handling of all HR operations, for the Western Cape regions
- Involved in production meetings and overseeing of production targets
- Measuring KPI’s, absenteeism and overtimes
- Overseeing of Training and Development
