HR manager needed

A leading clothing manufacturer is looking for an experienced, dynamic and passionate HR Manager to join their team on a 6 month contract basis in Cape Town.

Job responsibilities:

  • People management.
  • Policy, EE and skills development.
  • Manage payroll for staff.
  • Induction, exit, performance, absenteeism, talent OD & change management.
  • HR administration and reporting.
  • Employee and labour relations.
  • HR & Plant Strategies.
  • Recruitment, selection and assessment.
  • Employee well-being and wellness.

Job requirements:

  • HR degree/diploma or relevant qualification.
  • At least 5-10 years in an HR management position.
  • Passionate about people management.
  • Experience in all of the above mentioned areas
  • Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
  • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction.
  • Strong commitment to and interest in employee relations and communication.
  • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
  • Experience in organization development and change management.
