HR Officer

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Payroll administration and send to holding company for payemnt processing.
  • Capture new employees information on an inhouse system.
  • Make changes
  • Termindate employees
  • Check commission calculations
  • Recruitment.
  • Screen CV's
  • Liaise with agencies
  • Arrange interviews
  • Prepare offers
  • Induction and Onboarding
  • Arrange training for employees
  • Administration of IR issues (issue warnings)
  • BEE Administration and submission
  • WSP Administration (assistance can be provided)
Requirments
  • Diploma/Certificate in HR.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as HR Officer, including payroll administration.
