Job requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience in Travel Industry
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resource
- Should be proficient in handling all the software used for accounting and data handling in the office
- Good command over English language
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to understand the standard policies that every organization has to implement
- In-depth understanding of the government rules and regulations
- Good analyzing ability and ability to research market for potential and productive employees
- Ability to implement new and beneficial policies for the company and the employees Should be a strategic planner and ability to forecast
