A vacancy now exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join and manage our clients HR Department.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and tactical HR support. Develop deep understanding of Company goals and align HR actions, strategies or resources to achieve desired results. Training and development. Provide human resources expertise in employee relations, and day-to-day HR related activities. Responsible for leading, implementing and delivery of Human resources strategies, policies and services. Assist and counsel employees regarding issues involving performance management,termination and conflict resolution. Ensures policies and procedures are applied consistently across the business. Engage and influence management to support and implement HR initiatives across the business. Oversee the maintenance of employee information and files.
Salary: R 24,000 per month plus benefits.
