We are recruiting on behalf of our national client for a Junior IT Technician. You will be based on-site and will be reporting to the IT Manager and your duties and responsibilities will include, assist in monitoring the ICT Network Infrastructure which includes both LAN & WAN Networks, liaise with External Service Providers, provides support and troubleshooting of computer, peripheral & server problems, responsible for managing and reporting all critical system issues with regards to VOIP, Firewall, Anti-Virus Software, Active Directory Servers, Mail Exchange Server, Ensure all system backups are performed on a regular basis.
Requirements:
B Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification,
2-3 years relevant experience,
Salary: R 15,000 per month plus benefits.
