IT trainer is required in Bedfordview, East Rand.
Job responsibilities:
- Train end users on Vision Activ Software suite of solutions
- Facilitate soft skills sessions for end users
- Establish training needs for the business, plan and schedule and facilitate training
- Ensure transfer of learning and provide support training and development projects
- Ensure appropriate planning and preparation for the training sessions
- Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive feedback to the learners, management & the business
- Assess whether system users are competent to transfer learning to the workplace
- Ensure that the necessary equipment for training is available and that the process of safekeeping of equipment is followed
- Ensure that all training material is updated and maintained as per allocated business processes
- Ensure that you are knowledgeable and updated in all business processes which impact systems training
- Provide support to users relating to processes which you have trained
- Adhere to formal communication channels where required (e.g.: changes to business process)
- Escalate issues concerning process and / or system to the relevant business analyst / training manager
- Responsible of all related administration (e.g.: training registers, evaluation forms, expense claims etc.)
Job requirements:
- Understand adult learning styles.
- Have a sound understanding of business and performance management.
- Good communication skills- written and verbal.
- Have a strong learning and innovative mind-set.
- Be willing to travel nationally and internationally.
- Effective planning, monitoring, coordinating and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of HR and Business processes.
- Have a passion to make a difference to lives of people.
- Have a paradigm to work in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong performance bias.
- Be willing to work weekends if needed be.
- A tertiary qualification is a preferred option underpinned by at least three years of traceable experience in IT Training.
