Our client a major logistics provider now has an excellent opportunity for a Junior Freight Clerk to work within their Import / Export Freight department to assist the operations staff in administration duties. The role includes : Bookings, Quotes, Documentation, Dealing with telephone calls.
Requirements:
Grade 12,
Strong computer skills,
Be able to work on initiative and have excellent customer service skills,
You will also be dealing with customers on a daily basis so a good telephone manner will be required,
You will need to have at least 6 months office admin experience,
All training will be given for the right candidate,
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to learn all aspects of Freight Forwarding,
Starting basic salary R 10,000 per month for the right candidate plus benefits.
