Talksure based in Umhlanga, Durban is on the lookout for an energetic, self-motivated junior IT technician to join their dynamic IT department.
Job responsibilities:
- The Junior IT Technician is responsible for all aspects of the dialing floor, ensuring agents have the necessary tools to perform their sales functions
- 1st level Technical support
- Thin clients and desktops building and repairing
- Printers – changing of toners
- Handling all logged tickets
- Asset management
- Stock control
- Making Power and Network Cables
- Assisting IT team members
- Maintaining neatness by ensuring cables are neat when installing a PC
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 or the equivalent ( proof of which must be presented at interview stage )
- Must have Computer Studies as a subject that has been passed in Matric
- Relevant work experience will be advantageous
- ITC Clear
- No Criminal Record
- Basic knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8
- Basic knowledge of Office 2007 and 2010
