Responsibilities:
Preparation of food to the highest standards
supervision and trainning of junior kitchen staff
Effective guest interaction whilst hosting meal venue
Assist in menu planning
Strict portion and stock control to miimize shortage and wastage
Requirements:
3 years expirience in kitchen operstions
matric and formal Chef qualification
