Medical Practice Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage this practice and manage medical staff
  • Preparation and management of capital and human resources budgets
  • Manage quality service delivery
  • Human Resource and performance management of staff
  • Manage practice relationship with the various practices
  • Quality management with reference to quality improvement processes including accreditation and risk management
  • Ensure effective doctor, staff and patient relationships

APPLICANTS FOR THIS POSITION MUST:

  • Previous Practice management experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Management capacity
  • A disposition towards quality and excellent patient care
  • Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication skills and the ability to function well under pressure
  • Financal management skills
  • Knowledge of private hospital environment will be an advantage
  • Maintain a professional image and character
