Thapelo Caiphus Thobejane did his Diploma in metallurgical engineering at the Vaal University of Technology. He has 6 months experience in metallurgical field as he worked as a metallurgy in-service trainee at Ingwenya Mineral Processing (North Block Colliery Mine) on a DMS (Dense medium separation) plant and working as a shift metallurgist from September 2022 til to date at Ingwenya Mineral Processing (North Block Colliery Mine). My objective is to secure a challenging position that will offer me the opportunity to develop new skills while strengthening those I already possess. My aim is to be part of motivated team in an organisation that promotes team effort and provides opportunities for career growth.

I enjoy working as part of a team, so one thing that I am targeting in my next position is a collaborative, team-focused environment. Based on what I have observed from researching about mining work companies and reviewing the job description, it sounds like that’s the type of work culture I have been practicing and also promote by so many companies with the aim of the organizational performance , so I’m excited to learn more about the opportunity as I apply for this position.
