During my internship, I gained practical experience in office administration, data capturing, records management, front desk support, and handling confidential information, which prepared me to perform effectively in an administrative environment. In addition, my Diploma in Information Technology (Application Development) has strengthened my computer literacy and ability to work efficiently with office systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. An Administration role will allow me to apply both my practical experience and technical skills while continuing to grow professionally and contribute positively to the organisation.
