Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one sessions in your area of expertise  
Assess students strengths, challenges and learning styles to tailor lesson plans  
Explain complex concepts in an engaging and understandable way  
Track and report student progress, offering constructive feedback  
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills  
Support students in building confidence and achieving academic success  

Who Were Looking For:  
- Strong academic background in your subject area  
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred)  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
- Passion for education and student success
