We offer a job for Operations manager - Fruit packing and storage to work at Chiltern Farms. Senior management position in the packing and storage business unit of a well established producer and packer of fruit in the Vyeboom area near Villiersdorp. Reports directly to Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Team management, motivation and direction
- Process planning and control
- Production standards
- Financial control
- Vision and investment planning
- Innovation
- Customer liaison
- Maintaining relationships with producers.
Qualifications required:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field essential;
- Advanced IT skills , especially Excel;
- Management skill & experience;
- Experience of Pome fruit an advantage.
