Job function includes:
- Supervision of staff to ensure quality standards are met as per standard operating practice
- Procurement;
- Receiving;
- dispatching & overseeing regular stock count
- Maintaining minimum stock & spares order levels
- Management of vehicles, vehicle running costs & load drops
- Managing the technical staff
- Ensuring Sla's are maintained & all service levels are exemplary.
- Management of order process.
- Customer relationship management.
- Month end submissions & close.
