We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our clients fast-paced team. You will play a key role in managing and delivering strategic projects related to the no-code platform, ensuring that our solutions continue to lead the market in innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, an understanding of tech-driven solutions, and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead key projects, from platform development to integrations with insurers and lenders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to make sure everything stays on track and on time.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Keep projects within scope and on budget while managing risks and any changes that come up.
- Keep stakeholders in the loop, providing regular updates on progress and any issues.
- Help integrate advanced tools like pricing models, reserving models, and claims simulations.
- Look for ways to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all projects follow best practices and industry standards.
- Solid experience as a Project Manager, especially in tech or fintech.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Organized with great communication skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable with software development processes and integrating third-party systems (APIs, cloud-hosted solutions).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or something similar.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in insurance, lending, or financial tech desirable
