Vacancies for Experienced Tele-Sales Agents
A rapidly expanding call centre company is seeking telesales agents to join their team.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
- On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to maintain their personal targets.
- Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
- Achieving 100% of monthly personal targets and team targets.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands the product offering and as result purchases the correct product.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 2 years of telesales experience in selling financial services products is a must - if you do not have this experience, please do not respond to this ad
- Contactable references
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Sales or marketing experience will be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other local language
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- The successful candidate has to be at work and dialing promptly from 8am in the morning during the work week. Please consider this carefully if you're thinking of applying.
Commission / Incentives
- Commission will be earned on each successful sale. The compensation package includes a basic salary of R3000.
