Established busy Restaurant in Pretoria East is looking for a well spoken senior Restaurant Manager with 7+ years Restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must have good front of house as well as back of house management skills. Ability to manage and train staff essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management and general Restaurant administration. Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of opening and closing procedures.
