Rietondale, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking mature female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Recent experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must
-Strong Dictaphone typing experience
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Able to work in cultural diverse environment
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception function for small law firm (sole proprietor)
-Typing of High Court & Magistrate’s Court litigation documents
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings
-Dictaphone typing
-General secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
