Sales Coordinator-Cape Town (AA Candidate)

INFINITY RECRUITMENT is looking for an Sales Coordinator (AA candidate) to support a well established organisation in achieving its strategic objectives. Responsible for providing presale support to relevant IT sales team. You will assist the sales teams with account administration duties to minimise admin responsibilities, allowing the Account managers to focus on their clients and selling.

Key requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • A diploma or certificate in Administration
  • Min 2 year Administration/Coordinator experience
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

What we expect you to do:

  • Billing and Service account creation
  • Manage Account information
  • Assisting in obtaining missing information - Supporting Documentation
  • Facilitating and pursuing presales team within the business units 
  • Account Handovers
  • RICA affiliation
  • Service Request management
  • Queue Monitoring
  • Vetting and Supplying contract packs
  • Quality Assurance Check
  • Sales Order creation
